What improves mood, memory & concentration?

Sometimes life can get so busy. Just a few years ago I was juggling full-time school at UC Irvine, working a professional and rewarding job, and homeschooling my son along with my husband.

My goals at that time were simple: get things done. But the important aspect is the “how.” How to get things done. In a frustrated and pessimistic way? Practicing poor studying habits to then forget everything when taking an exam? Or perhaps not being in the moment and embracing the time I spent with my son teaching him valuable lessons?
