I’m a psychotherapist dedicated in helping you lead a resilient life.

Find your strength in emotional healing
My approach and background
My journey into therapy began with my own path of self-discovery in my early 20s. I married young and soon became a mom—roles that brought deep joy but also revealed how unprepared I was for the emotional demands of relationships and parenting. Determined to grow, my husband and I began attending relationship workshops nearly two decades ago. That experience changed the course of my life.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve served as an educator with Healthy Relationships California (HRC), where I’ve had the privilege of working with couples, families, and parents from all walks of life.
Along the way, I was deeply inspired by the therapists I worked beside—leaders who helped me see that healing, connection, and growth are possible at any stage of life. Their influence led me to become a therapist myself.
My work is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Method and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), with a deep respect for culture, identity, and nervous system safety.
When not seeing clients, I’m singing a show tune, taking a long walk, or spending time with family. I’m nourished by mindfulness, Barre3 workouts, and being near water. You’ll often see me with a tote bag that says “Keep Calm and Sing Showtunes.”
